Refund Policy
Last Updated: March 6, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all membership dues and other fees paid to the Tokenized Asset Foundation ("Foundation," "we," "our," or "us") through our website. By enrolling in membership or submitting any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Membership Dues Are Non-Refundable
Membership dues are non-refundable. When you pay your annual membership dues, you are purchasing access to the Foundation's member ecosystem for the full membership term selected at checkout. All membership fees are payable in advance, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.
2. Annual Automatic Renewal
Unless you cancel before your renewal date, your membership dues renew automatically every year on the anniversary of your original purchase date. The Foundation may change pricing, benefits, or payment structures upon renewal, and the then-current annual fee for your membership tier will be charged to the payment method on file on or shortly after that anniversary date. Because each renewal grants access for a new membership term, the renewal charge is non-refundable once processed, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation Stops Future Charges Only
Cancelling your membership stops future automatic renewal charges from being assessed. A cancellation request must be received before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next annual term. Cancellation does not refund the current or any prior term's dues. Access to member benefits continues through the end of the paid membership term, after which access expires.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership and stop future automatic renewals at any time before your next renewal date by:
- Emailing support@sto.foundation from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Cancel Membership";
- Submitting a cancellation request through your member account or member portal, where available; or
- Contacting our support team at the phone number listed on the Contact Us page.
It is your responsibility to retain confirmation of your cancellation request. If you believe you were charged in error after cancelling, please contact support@sto.foundation promptly.
5. Erroneous or Unauthorized Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, was unauthorized, or does not match the membership tier or term you selected, please contact us at support@sto.foundation. Where we confirm an erroneous or unauthorized charge, we will correct it in accordance with applicable law and our payment processor's policies. Reporting a charge does not guarantee a refund; refunds for confirmed billing errors are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Service Modifications, Suspension, or Termination
The Foundation may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, benefit, event, program, or feature at any time without liability. If the Foundation terminates your membership for cause (such as a violation of the Terms of Service or Membership Agreement), no refund shall be issued for the current term. If the Foundation terminates your membership early without cause and you are not in violation of any agreement, you may receive a prorated reimbursement for the portion of the billing cycle remaining, to the extent required by applicable law.
7. No Refund for Unused Periods or Changed Circumstances
We do not issue refunds or credits for unused membership periods, changes in your personal or business circumstances, a change of mind, or failure to use the membership. We do not offer price adjustments or credits toward future terms if pricing changes after your purchase.
8. Events, Webinars, and Paid Programs
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event or program at the time of registration, registration fees for individual events, webinars, or other paid programs are non-refundable. Any separate refund terms for a specific event or program will be stated at the time of registration and will control over this Refund Policy for that purchase.
9. Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer or bank, we ask that you contact us at support@sto.foundation so we can attempt to resolve the concern. Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your membership or stop future renewals; you must submit a cancellation request as described above to stop future charges.
10. Legal Rights That May Apply
Some jurisdictions provide consumers with statutory rights regarding refunds or cancellations that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to waive any non-waivable statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law. If a refund is required by applicable law, it will be limited to the amount required by that law and processed to the original payment method.
