President
Randy Goldberg leads the Tokenized Asset Foundation with a focus on building trusted market infrastructure for real-world asset tokenization. With decades of experience across capital markets, technology, and digital assets, he works to connect issuers, investors, and service providers into a coordinated global ecosystem.
Executive Director
Mark Mariampillai drives the Foundation's day-to-day operations, strategic partnerships and buy-side initiatives, and leads the Treasury Protocol. He brings over two decades in institutional capital markets across Tier 1 investment banks, hedge funds and stock exchanges, and works across real-world asset tokenization platforms, VASPs and mandates globally. Outside traditional asset classes, his consultancy Tokuti is spearheading cultural assets in RWAs such as sports, music and entertainment.
Director of Global Education
Nicki Sanders leads the Foundation's educational initiatives, creating programs and resources that help issuers, investors, and professionals understand and navigate the tokenized asset landscape. Her work spans curriculum development, certification programs, and global outreach.
Chief Technology Officer
Gourav oversees the Foundation's technology strategy and infrastructure. As founder of Clip & Code, he brings extensive experience building secure, scalable blockchain applications and integration platforms for the tokenized asset ecosystem.
Chief Strategy Advisor
Raj Kapoor provides strategic guidance on market positioning, ecosystem development, and emerging opportunities in RWA tokenization. With a background spanning blockchain advisory and emerging markets, he helps the Foundation anticipate trends and forge high-impact partnerships.
Tokenomics Strategic Advisor
Raj Chada brings ten years across Web3, digital assets, investment and tokenomics. He co-founded Cetacean Capital, an investment fund focused on emerging markets and digital assets, and founded Moonshot Boxes, a platform opening early-stage opportunities to retail investors. At the Foundation he leads tokenomics strategy and works alongside Mark Mariampillai on the Treasury Protocol, designing sustainable token economies and incentive structures.
